Last night news broke that U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras “has been recused” from the case overseeing the prosecution of General Mike Flynn. Details are vague. According to Reuters, both the judge and the Flynn legal team have yet to comment.

Additionally, there is no concrete answer as to whether the recusal was done by the judge himself or was forced upon him. While the reasoning is the key, the difference between the two options adds another layer of consequence within the rest of this outline. Reuters News Service puts it this way:

Methinks there is enough credible information on the table now to request a judge to dismiss all charges against Flynn and the others.

Notice that U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras was designated to the FISA court on May 19, 2016? It just happened that Hillary started shopping around for dirt on Trump through Fusion GPS in April, 2016. Out of the three D.C. Judges on the FISA court, the power that be (Obama admin? DOJ? NSA?) most likely shopped around to grant their request would be Contreras, no?

That includes Chief Justice Roberts. He is the one who appoints FISA judges.. with zero oversight I will add. He straight up gets to decide who will be a FISA judge...no questions asked.

His appointments are curious for a Chief Justice lifted to his lofty position by a Republican President and approved by the Senate (how many of them are “in on it”?)...Especially since he has zero oversight with his choices. Why would he appoint almost all Democrat -appointed judges?

So besides the 0bamacare “decision”, we have had 4/5 Clinton or 0bama judges being appointed to the FISA court..... BY JOHN ROBERTS. This just as the enemy believed they were about to consolidate power with a Hellary win.....

He was blackmailed for his vote on 0bamacare and he’s been under duress since then (and maybe before) ... he’s appointing FISA judges that will hide the corruption AND set people up who may jeopardize their scam.

Chief Justice Roberts is one of the players in this cabal if unwilling.

This scandal is earth shattering. This has been and continues to be a civil war without guns yet.
