I guess you don’t understand surrogacy. His former female CoS said today that the Franks were unable to have children and Franks wife was the problem. Evidently, Franks asked two of his staffers if they would be interested in being surrogates so the Franks could have a family. It was admittedly a dumb move to ask employees, but it would be hard for me to see it as sexual harassment. Surrogacy involves a medical procedure, there isn’t any sexual contact involved.
If that were true he wouldn’t be resigning.

That is not what she said. I saw the interview. She said he discussed the topic in general terms, but did not specifically ask them to do it. Whether that’s true, or not, I don’t know, but that is what she said when interviewed by Tucker Carlson.
