No concern. Just trying to figure out why. CT has come up with this:

Judge Rudolph Contreras is one of a very small group of FISA Court Judges.

My instincts tell me that Judge Contreras was most likely the judge who signed off on the FISA warrant that led to the surveillance of Donald Trump’s campaign officials, that included National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn.

Those FBI FISA warrants are now coming under scrutiny.

It would be EXPLOSIVE if it turned out that the FISA warrants were gained by deception, misleading information, manipulated information, or fraud…. and that warrant led to the wiretapping and surveillance of General Michael Flynn was authorized by Contreras…. who would now be the judge in Flynn’s case.

Yes, the conflict of interest would be beyond stunning.

That is a big deal - Comey first went to FISA to get the wiretaps and it was denied - then this Deputy Attorney General Orh who was demoted today met with Fusion GPS and, it's always been considered, they paid $50K to finish the bogus "dossier" which they took back and got FISA.

Sullivan has actually been pretty good - I recall good experience with the FOIA's during the Clinton era and he was originally a Reagan appointee to the liberal DC Court. I believe Clinton later appointed to higher Court when Republicans took over the Senate and Clinton had to moderate his selections.

The other Judge is certainly legally + ethically obligated to now submit all of this for Mueller and his prosecutors to be permanently disbarred. If Mueller has not pulled a master sting here, and Fridays are when he's dropped, then his reputation, career and life are ruined.

The charges against Flynn are tainted beyond reproach; but this is/was a plea and contains Flynn's immunity + NDA - but, in any event, the Judge needs to hand off so another judge can confirm + dismiss the case (in which case I'd guess the charges would fall but ideally the immunity aspects of the plea would stand).

Best of all ... Contreras knows, somebody has all his calls + e-mails & text messages, too!

Popcorn industry explodes! ;)

Started a thread on that topic. I think it’s damn likely what you described happened.

Hannity, Rush, Jim Holt, Tucker’s staff. They all read here. You’ll see it discussed by tomorrow. Stay tuned!

I looked up the FISA judges thinking it might have been a spouse of friend.

It’s the same guy! Amazing.

Extreme conflict of interest.

They’ve gotten away with an unbelievable level of corruption. Like Weinstein they must have thought they always would.
