There was a discussion on FR last week about horrific traffic on the highways here around DC.
Moving some agencies out seemed to be a pretty good solution. Moving small portions out slowly would give the grossly overpriced housing markets time to adjust

In this age of net communication it sounds very doable.
I just feel sorry for the states that would get the federal employees. It’s like exporting toxic waste to a neighboring state.
