I don’t see cops fascinated with the confiscation game. You line up a thousand confiscations with judge’s orders...you can figure at least eight-hundred of them won’t go well, and at least forty dead or wounded officers. It would seem to me that it’d be a law which no one would care to enforce. You’d have to go and recruit an extra 10,000 cops a year as guys filter out and refuse confiscations.
Concur. If police are reticent to go into places such as East LA because of the overwhelming gang presence there, imagine them trying to go into the neighborhoods where gun owners reside and are prior/active military, law enforcement, and militia.

Nope they all own guns to and know they wont be exempt.
In Canada the RCMP have to lock their guns in the office when they end their shift.
