Jersusalem is gonna be the big one - all the way to the end.
At the mid-point of the Tribulation, the Antichrist kills (or has them killed) the Two Witnesses, 3.5 days later they are resurrected and raptured, in plain view of the world, a great earthquake will take place; 10% of the city falls and 7,000 are killed. The Great Tribulation will have begun.

While we learned our lesson about setting dates in September, the “man child” (Jupiter) crosses the line between Zubeneschamali and Zubenelgenupi II in Libra at just about midnight, Jerusalem time, on December 24, 2017. While Libra is most often thought of a Scales of Judgement, it is also refereed to as a throne, e.g. the Sun in Libra is referred to as the Throne of David.
So try this scenario of for size:
1. President Trump starts the move of the American Embassy to Jerusalem and thus stirs up the Muslims, who don’t do much because Trump “restrains” them.
2. Jesus calls his “wise virgins” home on the day they celebrate as His birth. (Nice touch! We get “born again” on the day He was “born”) This starts the 1290 day clock to the Abomination that Causes Desolate (AtCD).
3. With President Trump, Vice President Pence gone, the Deep State takes control. He who “restrains” is no longer here and the Moslems attack Jerusalem starting the Ezekiel 38 war.
4. Sometime within 26.5 days of the Rapture, the Two Witnesses arrive and stop the Ezekiel 38 war.
5. On the 30th day after the Rapture, the “man of peace” steps in to, among other things, allow the building of the Third Temple and the 1260 day clock to the AtCD begins.
