Over the years, we have seen that the FBI is a mediocre law enforcement agency. Since we have had so many massive shootings, terrorist attacks, bank robberies, scandals in the highest office of government etc we can say the FBI should be disbanded as a failed organization
I agree that it should be dismantled.
In fact, any government agency or organ that abuses or misuses power entrusted to it should be dismantled, and never rebuilt.
You abuse it, you lose it. Forever.
