We had a Nike base in Marin County, CA (San Francisco suburb) in 1954.

It’s funny you should mention Nike sites, because I worked for a company in San Ramon in the late 1960’s by the name of MBAssociates. Our buildings were built over the abandoned Nike Missile silos up in Bollinger Canyon.

Are you familiar with the old missile launch site and (a few miles north) tracking station above Pacifica?

I think it was Nike, but who knows; it has been completely stripped of anything interesting.
