Morons. A full day’s activity doing what? What else did he eat that day? Working like he worked during the campaign, a 2400 calorie dinner isn’t out of bounds at all. Now, I’d rather see (for me anyway) those calories come from a better source, but on the road, you sometimes have to make do. And the stupid sodium guidelines from the AHA are dangerously low.

These soy-fed beta cucks don’t know a damn thing about nutrition or good health, which is why guys like me are going to outlive all of their sorry little girly butts.

Dern right. Almost every night I am awakened by leg cramps that will not abate until I get up and lick some salt.

I had that after my hike last week (almost). 8 miles with 25lb pound pack on my back in warmer weather, sweating like a workhorse.

My post-hike meal was from Chic-fil-A: 8pc chicken nuggets, fries, medium soda, and a ranch cobb salad. Roughly 2K calories. I was at a calorie deficit by the end of the first hour.

Because my exertion amount for those 3 1/2hrs? 1800Kcal.

So if he's working through lunch and doesn't eat, I'm not faulting the man (and will offer seconds, too.)
