Yep, Bush did everything he could to help illegals flood into the USA. I recall his directives to the Border Patrol to NOT PURSUE illegals. His written memo was all over the web. Hard to say how deep the Bush dynasty connection is into Mexico...make you wonder. Two terms and both houses of Congress and he did nothing with it.
