Remember when Target said Moslem cashiers cannot be forced to ring up pork items? Many stores carve out exceptions for Moslems. Abbercrombie and Fitch had to allow a deviation from their dress code and allow hajibs.
But a Christian Airline Stewardess had to remove her cross necklace.
Exceptions will be made for everyone but Christians unless the court does the right thing and rules in favor of the baker.
Target allows their Muslim cashiers to refuse to touch pork. But they do allow men in the ladies dressing room.
