That is my understanding as well......though I haven’t learned yet who referred the case to them. I suspect determining who investigates what is in itself a tangled mess.
They’re too busy covering their own butts! Even if the ‘complaint’ is filed the penalty is nothing to speak of at all and will not result in anyone being dismissed....rather fined.
Did you really expect anyone in the ‘Clinton machinery’ to take a hit after what we know already?....The ONLY ones who will ,in the end, will be those that machinery determines gets thrown under their bus.
Imo ‘Contempt charges’ against the DOJ is just smoke and mirrors and will come to very little.....but it would make for some very uncomfortable situations for some more than others.
Bottom line is it costs lots and lots of money for Attorneys....if you can find one.

The left claims that nobody has proof of Hillary crimes, but I don’t think the FBI tried that hard. And look at who was doing the “investigation.” Strzok and Page.
Everything in both these cases is now Tainted, but of course Benedict Arnold Sessions, will find otherwise.
As of now, I would trust a Street Whore before I would trust the FBI.

Trump was threatened if he fired Sessions Senate would then vote to impeach him. This was all strategic from the beginning. Get Sessions in, fire Comey, to get SC etc.
So how is the FBI agent not charged with obstruction of justice while conducting an investigation? CNN just report this FBI agent also changed Comey’s wording from grossly negligent to carelessly negligent, thus sparring her from being charged.
