A Trinity College professor recently criticized the popular dating site OKCupid for marginalizing LBGTQ people, a claim that company officials vehemently dispute. In an article for the Journal of Feminist Geography, professor Jen Jack Giesekingwho identifies as a woman but uses he/him/his pronounsbemoans the difficulty that gay and transgender people encounter when trying to find other LGBTQ people on the site.

And if there isn't one....but together a business plan and pitch it to investors. Trust me, if it's a profitable venture, somebody will invest in it. That's the beauty of Capitalism.
Jen Jack is a biological male, who “identifies” as a woman, who wants OKCupid to allow him to approach straight men (or maybe women) on the site for date requests.
There need to be venues that are only for straight men and straight women whose identification is in accordance with their genetics.
I have a terrible time deciding whether somebody, in an article or a posting, who is “trans” and calls themselves he or she..... whether they are male or female. If you were a dating woman and responded to a he and discovered that he is a she, you’d be justifiable upset. The same is true for a dating man.
The issue is this. A trans person is looking for another trans person, but they want that other person to be heterosexual and to accept them as...well, the “correct” sex. That is not going to happen. Period. Ever. Heterosexual people are, by definition, looking for other heterosexual people. Why would they accept something that may look like the real thing, even be “modified” but is not the real thing? Heterosexuals are likely looking for a mate they can have children with. Not something that more-or-less looks like the real thing.
An entire internet full of multiple sites for everything including dating, but the world has to stop because one particular site, OkCupid, does not work the way a gay person insists it should. Is there some rule of being gay that you are limited to one establishment per item and cannot go elsewhere whether it's buying a cake or looking for a date? They may use the rainbow as their symbol to denote all things, but when it comes to obtaining something from a provider, the rainbow is monochrome and parks over a single spot.
Urban culture is based on the glorification of degeneracy, and it has actively poisoned European American culture, as evidenced by European American performers making urban culture the core of what they produce.

If its ok for people to only be attracted to their own gender, then its ok for people to only be atttracted to born opposite genders. They cant have it both ways. Theyve screamed how its perfectly fine to love whom you want, and if thats a real man with an actual penis (or vice verse) then how can you fault someone?
These professors are insane.
A guy claiming to be a gay woman..God must be shaking his head..
This guy actually started out playing metal. But that didn’t work out too well, so he decided to take the easy, “No talent necessary” route to fame: hip hop.

Go to hell fascist b!tch. I will use the following pronouns when speaking ABOUT you: idiot, fool, jerk, stupid, bananas, nuts, insane. And you don’t get to tell a business what to do.
Don’t like the website?
Go to somewhere else that caters to your perversions. There’s plenty of them out there.
This SHIT is really getting old.
If these homosexuals keep pushing their luck, it will run out.
But people who can’t maintain their self control, like homosexuals, just can’t grasp the fact that they have pushed things too far.
Tattoo of JFK . . . ROFLOL
This no talent was born in 1995!!
Just another braindead skull full of mush that was taught standard NY liberal values
Easy fix. Whenever you see the term "trans" or "transsexual", replace it with the word "fake". Thus, a transsexual female is a "fake" female...which makes them a male.
Oh for the pen and prose of Johnathan Swift, to properly illustrate the foibles of THIS DAY! To make a ‘modest proposal’ on the treatment of such Academics as this AND their ‘journals’!
Go to Hillsdale!
O.K.Cupid did it all right by me. I found a number of really wonderful men who were not “right” for me primarily because they were not “right” enough. It is hard being a social and economic conservative and a Buddhist. It is not inconsistent, however. I found a wonderful man. He may have found me. While not a match made in heaven, certainly I had other choices on OKCupid had I decided to do so.
The idea of the author is that no such sites should exist. Heteronormative and exclusionary, if i have the lingo right.
