Trust me, the authorities in SF WILL MAKE SURE THIS SCUMBAG SLIPS AWAY. They'll even use decoy persons and vans to confuse ICE.
This will happen. Mark it. The Deep Staters in SF will see to it the murderer will be set free.

Some judge will file something and the guy will walk is my guess.
Because crime doesn't matter today in America. Not yet anyway.
