Why don’t they just release the call or the transcripts and disclose exactly what was discussed?
If these recordings were done pursuant to FISA warrants based on trumped up (no pun intended) information from the Fusion GPS dossier, they are "fruit of the poisoned tree," and of no judicial value. But, if Flynn is broke, as is rumored, he can't last until final resolution.

absent the recordings with kislyiak no basis for investigation, much less charges, imo.
