Only guilty of felony possession of a weapon.

Not guilty of manslaughter, 2nd degree murder or first degree murder.

Interesting ... you’re guilty of manslaughter in automobile accidents, but not a felon with a gun.

Yet the family was not able to push charges on the agent who left the gun in his car right?....not a bit surprised at this verdict.

I thought that a death resulting from commission of a felony brought an automatic murder charge. Maybe not in CA I guess.
