When an illegal immigrant in a community fires a gun into the air on New Year’s Eve (because that’s how such celebrations are done in third world countries) and the bullet comes down and hits a person, killing him or her, I seriously doubt that ANY prosecutor would merely pursue the “negligent discharge” charge and not involuntary manslaughter.

I feel half ferrible for the family. When the shooting occurred I Googled some info about them. It was pretty obvious they’re big libs who supported all things liberal. If they didn’t vote for people and policies that created abuses by illegal aliens, I’d be shocked.
Also, IIRC, the family had a problem with PDJT using Kate’s situation, as it relates to illegals, during the campaign. I think her brother made statements about it.
