Joe Scarborough has long denied any connection to Klausutis' death. So the media is jumping all over this story as, according to them, yet another bald-faced lie by President Trump. The fact is that there were some reasons to be suspicious of this young woman's death. I do not remember all the details but I seem to recall that an undiagnosed abnormal heart rhythm causing a person to lose consciousness, fall down and die from the impact is a very unusual firm conclusion for a cause of death. So I think it is very fair to say that the death was highly unusual. And I also seem to remember that although one might suspect that as the cause, to make that the firm conclusion ruling out other possibilities is sketchy. That alone, given employment by a congressman is a cause for suspicion. I also remember that the medical examiner had a checkered history. I think the other big issue is that Scarborough had just announced his resignation from Congress. He was a big-time up-and-comer in the House and for him to quit mid-term was odd, just as leaving Congress was for Jason Chaffetz, Bill Paxon and Mike Rogers.

This is just a wild and crazy story! We all remember the one about Opie Edwards having a love child - this is just as crazy.
