I believe that ruling is being appealed.
Well, actually the judge just denied English's request for an injunction preventing Mulvaney from taking over as acting director. The court will hear the actual case sometime in the future, although by then the point will be moot as Congress will most likely have confirmed a full time director.
The lawsuit is still on, pending appeal, but the real news is *why* she is suing, and who is paying for it.
The Democrats created a slush fund using money coerced from the banks by CFSB, and channeled that money to leftist associations. They’re trying to maintain control of CFSB to keep the gravy train rolling.
