Um... Small problem here. We destroyed all of the Pershing 2 missiles with the START treaty with the Soviet Union back in the 80s. We don’t have any more of them left, and I think that the plans for them have been destroyed, along with the tools to make them.
Not to mention, I don’t think there’s anybody left in the Army who knows how to use the things. The MOS for that one (15E) was gone a long time ago, and I’m not sure how many of them are left.

Maybe not, but we have many ships there several of which are individually capable of lighting up the NORKs, completely obliterating the country.

Then there are the carriers.

I specifically stated a “new, modern version of the Pershing II”.

Of course I’m not sure how that platform could be improved...8,000 mph, 1 ton payload delivered with a CEP of 30 meters. Solid fuel from a mobile launcher.

1,100 mile range. It get’s to the limit of its range in 10 minutes due to its low apogee.

How much better could you make it?

Simply re-invent it. And give it to South Korea and Japan to produce as many as they want.
