Before departing for his Thanksgiving vacation last week, President Trump teased a possible campaign visit for Roy Moore in Alabama. I'll be letting you know next week, he said. Trump's comments were noncommittal, but they were a marked shift from previous White House assurances that Trump wasn't going. And Trump seemed to be hinting he'd actually have something newsworthy to say.
Alas, it wasn't to be.
Trump is extremely self-conscious about being perceived as a loser. He talks and tweets regularly about how well Republicans have done in special congressional elections this year. He tempered his support for Strange even while visiting Alabama to support him, saying, Ill be honest, I might have made a mistake.
Trump's decision not to lend a hand in person speaks volumes, both about Moore's chances and about Trump's wayward quasi-endorsement of him. But it also doesn't change the fact that backing two losing candidates in the same race and three in a row overall would be extremely embarrassing for Trump. And he seems to know it.

Ah Aaron, this Fake News smells just like the place you pulled it from.
We had a local TV reporter who was light in the loafers, he quit this small market and moved to D.C., making an inexplicable rise to being a political pundit for a national media outlet. I really dont see any explanation for his meteoric rise other than the casting couch.
And these are the people who want to brainwash us with their MSM propaganda.
The United States had become a place where entertainers and professional athletes were mistaken for people of importance! (please read the date this was published)
But there seems to have been an actual decline in rational thinking. The United States had become a place where entertainers and professional athletes were mistaken for people of importance. They were idolized and treated as leaders; their opinions were sought on everything and they took themselves just as seriously after all, if an athlete is paid a million or more a year, he knows he is important so his opinions of foreign affairs and domestic policies must be important, too, even though he proves himself to be both ignorant and sub-literate every time he opens his mouth. (Most of his fans were just as ignorant and unlettered; the disease was spreading.)

Just a hunch.....I think something is going to go bigly
I don’t think Trump can be embarrassed about anything. He might feel embarrassment *for* somebody, but never for himself.
Gotta love Never Trumpers
They never tire of telling us how much they didnt want him
Now why would Trump not support a Senator who could be
the deciding vote for his agenda? The world may never know
