“Libya policy” is an odd turn of phrase for Hillary’s WAR.
She used our embassy to arm “insurgent” terrorists to destablize the nation our embassy was in. She then gloated when Gaddafi was captured, then tortured, abused, and murdered as a POW. “WE came, WE saw, HE DIED!! Ha ha hahaha!” That’s a genuine war crime.
