Moses wrote the five books by Divine dictation. Every word in them was dictated to Moses by G-d Himself.
Deut. 33:2
“And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.”
Talmud Yerushalmi Shelamim 6:1, 49d
“R. Simeon ben Lakish said: The Torah given to Moses was written with black fire upon white fire, sealed with fire, and swathed with bands of fire.”
