Can You Hear Me Now: Wednesday's Supreme Court argument asks whether government can examine months of suspect's cellphone location data without probable cause.
On the other hand, the government has a compelling interest in obtaining cell-site records to identify suspects, clear the innocent, and obtain information in the preliminary investigation of criminal conduct, the Justice Department argues in its brief.
But there is widespread criticism that allowing authorities to compile such granular data about an individuals life, without a judicial warrant, no longer meets societys reasonable expectation of privacythe touchstone of the Supreme Courts approach to constitutional limits on searches and seizures.

After North Korea missile launch, it's more important than ever to fund our gov't & military! Dems shouldn't hold troop funding hostage for amnesty & illegal immigration. I ran on stopping illegal immigration and won big. They can't now threaten a shutdown to get their demands.
