Shotgun only, I believe at one time it was but apparently not anymore. Or they just made up the "7mm high powered scoped rifle" part.

No. Some counties/areas are shotgun. Most have reverted back to rifle in the past decade. This might halt this and reverse the progress made. Leave it to ‘tards to screw it up for the rest.
