Set up glorious banquets on the edge of the DMZ. A few fans to make sure the aroma reaches the guards. Invite them over.
A full blown BBQ should do the trick.
When I drive though the BBQ restaurants around here with their smokers going, I truly would just like to park there and take deep breaths.
Maybe they should air drop some roasted pigs.
Late in the war, the starving Confederate troops stopped several successful assaults on Union camps because they stopped to eat food left on Union campfires and in supply wagons. Starving German troops late in WWI did the same when they got past the British trenches.
