We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner. We were asked what we were thankful for and I went political. I said I was thankful that Hillary was not President. Some else said they were thankful the Trump was President. Those were the only two political statements.

I said that during corporate prayer at church and, in my Lutheran church I heard others say Amen.
We're not really a shout Amen style church, but we do lean hard toward conservatism and freedom comes from God and adherence to the Constitution.
We are LCMC affiliated, not ELCA.
Politics is known but not mentioned very much because we don't have too.
