...Electronic devices aren’t allowed in classrooms,..

Everything should be recorded in the classroom. I think with a good attorney and the right circumstances, at least one juror could be convinced to vote not guilty regardless of what the no electronic devices law says.

Got it re jury nullification. Thanks. Agree.

Every teacher’s paycheck is compliments of the kids’ parents. The employer (parents) have the absolute right to know how the employee is performing.
