My 7 year old daughter had a similar bullying and inappropriate harassment /assault problem which went unresponded to for months. Then I gave my daughter permission to respond. An aluminum baseball bat at recess was her tool of choice. The suspension was well worth it. Nobody ever bothered her again.

Your daughter sounds like a very tough, courageous little girl. Perhaps she has a future in the military! Kudos to you for raising someone so brave. :)

Our little girl, 8 last year had a kid bothering her..she’d mention the name a few times and was obviously bothered by it. He took money from her one time and after a couple escalated threats of hitting him....she did, gave him a good nosebleed. Of course the bullying thing came up against OUR kid but was quickly dismissed by the principal and their “investigation”, as they saw no case.
Funny too this year they’re not really great friends but she told me “Oh, he’s ok now, we play sometimes”.
