I actually violated an FR Rule and went to the story and saw the photo. Dear God that’s a terrible photo. It’s almost a work of art. He combined terror, body fat, and sexual harassment all into one unflattering tableau that captures the way DC looks at the voter

Now that is a big "if" right now. Depending on the circumstances of his divorce (if his wife had betrayed him sexually) and depending on the circumstances of the relationship he had with the person who he sent the photo, it may well be a very different case.
My father-in-law was a representative in Springfield IL and the stories I heard from him were pure disgusting. Part of the problem seemed to be that the legislators were away from their families and alone at night. Well, they were supposed to be alone at night. Maybe a very large apartment complex so that families can join their congressional husbands/wives during the week. And keep an eye on them!
