The name of the group - Center for Constitutional Rights, is an oxymoron of a name, given that it is not fidelity to the Constitution that their agenda embraces. Their agenda embraces a “living” Constitutional written from whole cloth in the minds of a Progressive-Activist judiciary trying to rewrite the Constitution by judicial writ, from the bench.
“Center for Constitutional Rights” is not merely another Leftard group, it is a true communist “front group” going way back to Soviet days.
