Actually this is a good thing. Trump can now appeal and work this through the courts to get some precedent at the highest levels. The Establishment crowd always backs down thus giving the left what they want and never establishing any good case law on our side. Keep it up President Trump - hold fast.
Trump needs to move forward with implementing his policy while it percolates up to the Supremes. Then slow walk it all the way up.
Not sure I’d describe it as “good” but agree with your point. Plus every time Trump tries to do the right thing and implement his campaign promises but is blocked by the judiciary, he wins politically and it strengthens the argument for remaking the federal judiciary, as he is doing.
Trump should ignore the tyrants and let them work through the courts, Or forever accept that unelected judges are the real president(s).
