Yeah, I don’t think it was in the article. Even in a docking exercise, why would a Japanese tug be allowed to get that close? Nevermind, I’m sure there are good reasons. I’ll just learn by reading the rest of the thread.
If you’re a Russian carrier, you better always make sure a tug is part of your fleet.
