The optics are very bad for Trump on this . He needs to reverse the reversal , and announce a fund / strike force to either co-opt or kill the poachers and disrupt any illicit trades associated with big game killing . The excess will be killed, one way or another. Either they die by disease, starvation, horrific predation, poaching, or legal hunting, by far the most humane of the above methods.
