It’s appalling to me that anyone that young could let herself get in that condition. I despise “fat shaming” but even her facial features are distorted from obesity. What’s with these youngsters???

I agree with you. If you look like that in your 20’s what problems are you going to have in your 40’s. Hope she gets help.
