That’s the infamous “Trigglypuff” of the 2016 election.

I used to have this conversation with regularity when I worked on campus. The issue is preferential policies, and not just preferential admissions policies. These were placed into effect in the 1970's and have tightened ever since. Actual admissions parity was achieved in 1976. So is there a mechanism for the alteration of these policies? No. Has there been any review of these policies? No. Is there even any intention of ever reviewing these policies? No. Then all this wondering and agonizing is pretty much irrelevant, isn't it? Yes.
These policies have generated an industry: diversity and inclusion offices, government grants, specialized scholarships (try finding one restricted to white males some time if you want a laugh), Studies programs - these employ a lot of people and consume a lot of resources, and people are wondering why tuition is going up? Social engineering ain't cheap, and it isn't going away because too many people are profiting from it.

I thought medical school and law school were increasingly graduating more women. They are. Our public schools and most universities are deliberately denying males an education in an attempt to turn us into a female dominated utopia.
Keeping men from being educated is the first step then they start to attack "maleness" as toxic to make a vast majority of them into cowering fools.
If they succeed you will see a decline in all the innovation and technology that made the USA great and we will slide into being a third-world nation.

The University of Texas law school was openly corrupt in its admissions practices.

Male students in Texas earned 62,211 degrees and certificates from public four-year universities in 2016, far behind female students, who received 82,700, according to the coordinating board’s data.
Paredes said that some Texas campuses enroll 60 percent women and 40 percent men
Completion rates are the point ? 60% female enrollment difference is pretty close to the female graduation difference(approx. 57%).
