I have a lot of respect for Jay. What's Jay said to indicate he lacks backbone?

He has been absolutely silent on the vast overreach with the bikers in Waco. Miscarriages of justice overseas involving a few people, well he was all over those at the beginning of this mess.
But become involved in something big here in the United States with close to three hundred people? That might have made somebody mad.
And it isn't like there weren't huge red flags at the beginning. Channeling Mike Nifong, District Attorney Abel Reyna made misleading statements from the start and repeated them even when corrected.
Where was Jay?
Nearly three hundred people with cookie cutter charges wasn't important enough?
The man is a good lawyer, and probably a sincere Christian.
But there is no bravery in Jay Sekulow.
