Like something right out of the 1990s, when the news media did everything it could to undermine then-President Bill Clinton’s female accusers, Kasie Hunt, the Capitol Hill correspondent for NBC News, claimed that what Democrat Senator Al Franken did to journalist Leeann Tweeden is “not actually groping.”
Appearing on MSNBC, the left-wing Hunt said, “And then [Franken] took a picture, which his office now says was a joke, that shows him not actually groping, but mock-groping her while she was asleep.”
This was not a mistake on Hunt’s part. It is all-too obvious that NBC has already manufactured a false narrative to undermine Tweeden and save Franken. After all, here is a separate report where Hunt again describes Franken’s behavior as “mock-groping.”

First thing my very conservative wife said when she saw the photo:
“He’s not really touching her. They won’t kick him out.”
Even Miss Goody Two Shoes, Dana, thought this was OK? What a hypocrite she is and reason number one why I despise that show.
Isn’t this illogic similar to dopey goldberg saying something wasn’t rape-rape. Lunatics and morons run strong in the LIBs.
And what Bill did with an intern was not sex. Or, rather, it was sex for her, but not for him.

So Franken not only want to humiliate her in front of her co-workers, he wanted to do so in front of a much wider audience.
I’ll repeat what I said earlier today: If Roy Moore is being called upon to resign from his race because he is “unfit to serve” as a Senator due to the mere accusation of sexual assault (which is unproven, and appears to have quite a number of holes in it), then Franken is AT LEAST as unfit for the US Senate and MUST RESIGN, NOW!
Anyone calling for Moore’s departure from the AL Senate race, who is not ALSO calling for Franken to resign is a hypocrite of the first order.
It wasn’t “rape-rape”.
I hear you. Although I believe her when she says he stuck his tongue down her throat, he hasn’t denied it either. They’re just focusing on the picture to avoid this.

“Franken and I were alone backstage going over our lines one last time. He said to me, ‘We need to rehearse the kiss.’ I laughed and ignored him. Then he said it again. I said something like, ‘Relax Al, this isn’t SNL … we don’t need to rehearse the kiss.’
He continued to insist, and I was beginning to get uncomfortable.
He repeated that actors really need to rehearse everything and that we must practice the kiss. I said ‘okay’ so he would stop badgering me. We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth.
I immediately pushed him away with both of my hands against his chest and told him if he ever did that to me again I wouldn’t be so nice about it the next time.
I walked away. All I could think about was getting to a bathroom as fast as possible to rinse the taste of him out of my mouth.
I felt disgusted and violated.
I’m sure this sounds like mock tongue kissing, not a real tongue kiss. At least the way the totalitarian Left views the world.
