No way. This doesn’t pass the smell test. Al Franken must be held to the Roy Moore standard. And under this standard Franken must be expelled from the Senate!
Well actually the Roy Moore standard is that one woman claims it happened 40 years ago without evidence and therefore Moore should be expelled.
For the Franken incident we must apply the Franken standard which is we have photographic proof the incident occurred yet we must ignore the allegation because the Senator is a democrat.
