Interesting time line... fast-forward a few years to Bill Clinton and there were plenty Democrats defending Clinton. Probably the same group who accused Thomas defended Clinton.

One of the Democrat Congresscritters claimed that the divisiveness in modern America started with Bill Clinton and his impeachment hearings.

Wrong, it started before him and with Clarence Thomas.
