A TV host and sports broadcaster on Thursday accused Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) of kissing and groping her without her consent in 2006.
Leeann Tweeden accused Franken of groping her, without her consent, while she was asleep and provided a photo as evidence.

Well, the Democrats have established that any hint of sexual misconduct is reason to prohibit someone from serving as an elected official, so he has to go.
The importance of the photo is that it documents Franken is truly sick. Much too sick to serve as a role model - or a US senator.
The photo should be used to light a fire under the turtle and get the senate expulsion hearings started. Like this afternoon.
This is sexual assault. Somehow I doubt Ms. Gloria will be screaming and holding a presser about it.
Klobuchar will have to run a poll and put her finger in the wind before deciding what to do. But in the end she’ll toss Franken over board.
Yes...be interesting to find the photographer
And there goes my breakfast.
He has to resign from the Senate I tell ya. Democrats need to call for his immediate resignation.
This is sexual assault.
On a military aircraft while Franken was on USG business. Are we looking at evidence of a federal crime here? Statute of limitations?
Then file the complaint when it happens. To give this credibility opens this up to us becoming a nation of law suits of childish crap that happened years ago.
Bingo!
A calculated smear on a Judge by these so clever people in the swamp is now coming back to bite them.
Taxpayers paying for the elected members sexual transgressions underlines the legend that.....after being sent to Congress, the membr NEVER EVER spends a dime of their own money for anything....taxpayers pay for it all.
Nows a good time to audit the members office budgets....this info is readily available....or should be.
NOTE; appears the Awan theft ring used Democrat membrs off ice budgets to steal tax dollars.....they got at least one member to “write-off” 120,000 dollars woorth of tech equipment.
They then report the tech stuff stolen......and sell i out the back door.
There will be many “Moore” to follow. We must follow the “Moore rule” and allow no denial or defense. No cross examination of the accuser! Take every word of the woman as absolute fact notwithstanding background , criminal convictions or the fact that she is being paid to travel to New York.. The key here is that what ever the woman says is absolute gospel and if she presents a document , the Senator shall have no right the review it or question it,
. All disputes will be resolved in favor of the woman beyond question. Good luck senator Frankenstein . You are now under the “ moore rule “
Finally, we are fighting fire with fire. You take out one of ours (Moore), we will take out 2 of yours (Menendez, Franken). How long do you think the Swamp wants to play this game?
Something about a goose and a gander comes to mind here!! The left better be careful what they do, Trump and his loyal followers are not the GOPe. We will not just roll over and cower to their smear attacks. I say FU Dems find all dirt on all Dem senators and shout it from the mountain tops.
Where the spineless Republicans demanding he resign?
I despise Franken but at least he apologized and it is (as of now) one incident.
Moore should do the decent thing and drop out before he gets kicked out of his job for the third time (assuming he is still electable).
Exactly the point! We have a winner!
Sexual harassment in the workplace is generally guided by EEOC regulations, but it is not criminal. If this was on a USO tour, there is no "business" or "employer" to file charges with, is there?
Beyond that, it becomes criminal when there is physical abuse taking place. In this case, the imagery of groping exists, but she's wearing a flak jacket and Kevlar vest, too, so the physical harm is a hard charge to make.
That leaves it back with hostile workplace charges. Simple one-time teasing usually does not rise to the level of a pattern of harassment unless it is egregious.
So this might end up being a matter of two adults settling the score on their own.

I'm pretty sure you would feel differently if you were her or she were your wife or daughter. You can bet that photo was shared widely and a bunch of people had a good guffaw about it. It is, in fact, sexual battery (battery is legally defined as an unwanted touching) that could be prosecuted if the statute of limitations hadn't passed.
He has to resign from the Senate I tell ya. Democrats need to call for his immediate resignation.

Hey... not just Democrats. We need to hear statements from McConnell and Ryan.
Have not heard a squeak out of those two RATS about this sexual attack (by a sitting member of congress) against this woman. Where are they?
