Given her characterization of the photo, I think it is genuine without analysis.
Given that the photo was given to her by a photojournalist on the trip (that would be easy to figure out who that was) it would be a bit risky to use it as evidence if it were faked.
Granted, liberals have no such compunction, but they aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer, either.
