Well, uh, all I can say is we want it done in a professional setting to the extent possible, thats the only setting in which people can testify under oath, Allred said.Say What??? A Senate hearing is the only setting in which people can testify under oath??? How about a courtroom?

she coulld have her client beverly wite a declarsation under oath then challenge moore, but that won’t happen. i think poor beverly isn’t sleeping too well tonight..and allred is between a rock and a hardplace, win or lose i suspect eoither a civil suit for defamation or criminal investigation wioll result in the book being examined...
