Well, playing Devil’s Advocate, she may NOT have had any contact with the judge, as the divorce would have been handled by her lawyer; and if the divorce action was dismissed early in the proceedings it’s possible she was never even in the courtroom, and did not see him. However, she certainly would have been given a copy of the dismissal with the judge’s signature.
