If Roy Moore had been given the presumption of innocence until proven guilty and received the due process the law provides for the accused, he would be fine.

Each of the cases has had something that turned out to not true, which makes the whole case suspect. That benefits him.

But even I can see the the damage is already been done to Judge Moore. The smears merchants behind this political hit job don't care about the women or whether what they accuse Moore of is true or not.

They just care about kicking him enough to keep him from winning next month.
