It will be west of the Rocky Mountains.

Take that to the bank.

Likely within 2hrs air shuttle from Seattle. And they will have their own shuttle, as do all the very large tech companies.

It will also be outside any high-risk earthquake zone as Seattle is high risk. And very near a transcontinental fiber hub. And very near a transcontinental power grid hub.

Knowing these guys, it will also be in a “cool” college town.

Austin might be the winner.

Austin has a executive airport and plenty of ‘land’ around there. I wouldn't be surprised if they build next to the airport and toll road, and stay out of the ‘city’.

One of the main problems with Austin is the traffic. It really bottlenecks in spots, and the fact that lots of people want to live there.

What is the benefit of having a 2nd headquarters so close to the first? They’ll just expand in Seattle instead.

Where is this magical low earthquake risk area west of the Rockies, by the way?
