Not necessarily- she could claim she wrote the ‘Moore DA part with another pen after he signed it so that she could remember him later in life- but that aside- the second part- the moore DA part was definitely written by another person- as many htings do not match the original signature and message part- letters, numbers, slants etc are different-
No way, if she wrote it in blue ink, no-one will believe it wasn’t forged. If she did, it’s too late now, she should have claimed it in the press conference.. She said he wrote it, no mention of her or anyone else going back and writing in the rest.
