It doesn’t look like that in other shots of the page, though. There is background shading related to the photo that ends towards the edge of the page. The writing crosses this border area.

Note that Mr. Moore was never the DA, he was the Deputy District Attorney - IOW, DDA rather than DA.If Moore exaggerated his credentials, and if he was guilty of pedo behavior at that time, well - what do you expect of a Democrat?
Rush made the point today that in the time frame of the allegations now lodged against him, Roy Moore was a Democrat. Wiki agrees:
