Regardless of who is accused, PROOF is needed. Cosby had his day in court. Deadlocked by the way, those that heard all the evidence did not believed the accusers.

Nope, we don't have to give them the seat. We could either go the route that Dems went with Torricelli in New Jersey or I just heard on the news that if Luther Strange were to resign, the Governor would have to appoint a new temporary Senator and re-set new primary/general elections for this seat. Let's play hardball just like the Dems would do. I'm in favor of either of these ways. If the people of Alabama re-elect Moore in a primary after hearing these allegations, then it's fine by me.
