The Catalans are opposed by the Corporatist EU which has a double standard for independence, favoring it in the case of Scotland, prodding Northern Ireland to separate from the UK in the event of Brexit etc. as Nigel Farage sees it and did see it on his radio show this Sunday.
Farage again noted the EU’s hostility to Catalan sovereignty.
